 I am a fully qualified and highly trained massage therapist. I studied with ACNT and have gone on to do further studies in all aspects of body work.

In my Sessions I incorporate various skills and techniques to gain the best results possible for the client, this may include trigger point therapy, stretching, deep tissue massage, dry needling, visceral manipulation, active release and myofascial release.
